Attorney Referrals

Send the case. Keep the relationship. The Masjedian Law Firm partners with referring counsel across California — trial-ready prosecution, disciplined communication, and referral fees honored under Rule 1.5.1.

Cases We Accept on Referral

Personal injury — motor vehicle, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, bicycle, and rideshare collisions; premises liability and dog bites; catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Employment — wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour. Consumer — California lemon law.

Referral Fees, Done Right

Referral fees are honored in accordance with California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1: a written division agreement between counsel, written client consent to the terms, and a total fee that is not increased because of the division. Agreements are documented at intake — not promised loosely and papered later.

Your Client, Respected

Your client is treated as the firm’s own: direct attorney access, prompt return of calls, and consistent case updates to you at the milestones — retention, demand, filing, mediation, resolution. You stay as visible in the file as you want to be.

Trial-Ready Prosecution

Files are built as if they will be tried — complete medical workups, preserved evidence, timely expert retention, and a demonstrated willingness to file and litigate. That posture is what moves insurers to full value, and it protects the fee you share in.
